Nate Moore is also in this video. He just won on the undercard of the Fedor-Rodgers Strikeforce event.
yup same here dude best fighting sport in the universe
Man, I love muay thai. Can’t live without it
even top fighters learn the basics and listen to their instructor…Jon Fitch awesome
i am, actually fitch’s footwork looked much better in his last fight against gono.
for the cross, step, left knee, rear elbow, I like how the instructor leads with a nice long punch.. and finishes using his entire body with the elbow. The foreign fighters don’t quite get those techniques… they throw short punches and use a lot of shoulder with the elbow if you notice
I think what he’s trying to say, is snap the knee out quickly like a kick, don’t just lift them up.
i guess you’re not a fan of muay thai then…
Jon fitch is the man I can’t wait to see him fight again. getting to watch him fight is a true honor. The top 3 people I can’t wait to see fight 1. jon fitch 2. roger hureta 3. My 17year old nephew, he’s got a vice grip choke like joe daddy
i dont like how jon fitch does that rocking stepping thing
great!! makes me wish go there!
great video, horrible music…lol!
very good techniques….great instructorssssss.
